RECONSIDER

 

 

Playing with the change in my left pocket with my left hand

whenever it seems available in a room of strangers

that are not

Drunkenness that is not restricted to me or any person
or thing that is within a few feet of me as I try to catch up
but I do it too well and now I’m left hanging

Desire was invented to create trash

            circumstance decided to exist on its own to organize it
Nothing else existed on purpose but I and everything else
I have arbitrarily attached myself to after the fact keep it up
out of spite if nothing else or maybe obstinance

My mouth will graze many surfaces before it’s sewn, 

My mouth will die before many surfaces graze
